【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To study and analyze the prenatal psychological status of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder and its influence factors. Methods A total of 85 pregnancy women with hypertensive disorder in our hospital were in observation group, and another 85 healthy women at the same time were in control group, then the prenatal Zung Self-rating Scale of two groups were compared，and the evaluation results of the observation group with different ages, disease severity, education degree and social support degree were compared. Results The positive rates and Zung Self-rating Scale  score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group，and there was significant difference in the evaluation results of different disease severity, education degree and social support degree in the observation group (P＜0.05), but there was no significant difference in different ages (P＞0.05). Conclusion The prenatal psychological status of pregnancy women with hypertensive disorder are relatively worse, and the influence of disease severity, education degree and social support degree for the evaluation results are great.
