【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the Teach-back method in clinical practice teaching of diabetes module for nursing interns. Methods 〓Totally 80 nursing interns from department of endocrinology were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=40)and the control group(n=40). The conventional teaching method was carried out in the control group, and the Teach-back method was adopted in the observation group. The theory knowledge and practice skills were assessed at the end of the internship. The satisfactory degree of nursing interns was evaluated by the questionnaire. Results 〓The score of theory knowledge and practice in the observation group was(88.63±2.32), which was higher than(83.10±4.21)in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing interns in the observation group were more satisfied with the classroom teaching, clinical practice teaching, and internship plan compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Teach-back method is an effective tool to enhance the theory knowledge and practice skills of nursing interns. It can also improve the satisfaction of students during internship.
