【 摘 要 】

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of feedback teaching method on medication adherence of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods  Totally 90 patients with ulcerative colitis were assigned to the control group and intervention group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education during treatment, and the intervention group received health education based on feedback teaching method. The belief in medication and medication adherence were evaluated at 4 and 12 weeks after intervention. Results  There were 3 and 2 patients lost to follow-up in the control group and intervention group, respectively. Patients in the intervention group achieved higher score of medication necessity in beliefs about medicines questionnaire(BMQ-Specific)and the 8-item Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Health education based on feedback teaching method can effectively enhance the medication beliefs and medication adherence in patients with ulcerative colitis.
