产科重症孕产妇延伸护理模式的实践

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the extended nursing care for pregnant and parturient women with severe diseases. Methods 〓To retrospectively analysis the clinical data of 144 pregnant and parturient women with severe diseases. All pregnant and parturient women were transferred to the regular ward after emergency treatment. Extended nursing interventions were carried out including illness monitoring, newborns care, infusion management, health education and so on. Results 〓The treatment compliance of pregnant and parturient women was improved after implementation of extended nursing interventions. The awareness rate on health education and satisfaction rate on nursing management was 100.00% and 98.61%, respectively. Conclusion 〓Extended care provides specialized guidance and nursing interventions for pregnant and parturient women, so as to improve the quality of perinatal care.
