延伸护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者遵医行为及病情控制的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of extended nursing care on the compliance behavior and disease condition of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods  Totally 200 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine discharge guidance, and the observation group was given the extended nursing intervention model. The improvement of liver function index and the effect of clinical nursing intervention were compared between the 2 groups. Results  The level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were better improved in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved a higher score in assessment of disease awareness, exercise behavior, life management and health belief compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The compliance rate of medication, diet, smoking cessation, alcohol restriction, daily work and re examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Extended care can provide patients with a complete system of family health care methods, which can significantly improve the patient's condition and strengthen the patient's compliance behavior.
