【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is most effective way in treatment of end stage knee osteoarthropathy and the deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is the most common complication of TKA. This paper reviewed the studies on DVT after TKA, and to discuss the potential risk factors of DVT after TKA. This paper also provided related nursing interventions including the preoperative assessment, health education, exercise guidance, intraoperative care, postoperative monitor and functional exercise, so as to reduce the risk of DVT after TKA.
