【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the experience of nursing students with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in department of oncology. Methods 〓The phenomenological methodology was applied to semi-structured interview with 11 nursing students who took part in the OSCE in department of oncology. Data analysis was performed by Colaizzi's method. Results 〓Three themes were extracted, including lack of awareness on OSCE form, complex of psychological feelings at first time of participation, diversity in experience of OSCE. Conclusion 〓The OSCE is approved as an effective tool of evaluating clinical comprehensive skills of nursing students. The hospital managers should make OSCE normalized by enhancing the systematic training and establishing teams of standardized patients and OSCE examiners, in order to improve the quality of clinical teaching and practice.
