【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)on the improvement of comprehensive ability of ICU Newly-recruited nurses. Methods 〓To analyze the potential reasons influencing the improvement of comprehensive ability in ICU newly-recruited nurse. The countermeasures to improve quality of teaching and management were carried out. The rate of loss in nursing assessment was compared before implementation of QCC(Between December, 2015 and January, 2016)and after implementation of QCC(Between March, 2016 and April, 2016). Results 〓The rate of loss in nursing assessment dropped from 23.43% before implementation of QCC to 8.71% after implement of QCC. Conclusion 〓Quality control cycle is an effective tool to improve of comprehensive ability of ICU newly-recruited nurse.
