【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the SBAR communication mode in improvement of communication ability among orthopedic nurses. Methods 〓To improve the communication efficiency between doctor and nurses by using SBAR communication mode. The communication ability of 18 orthopedic nurses was evaluated before and after implementation of SBAR communication mode. Results 〓Nurses achieved a higher score of communication ability after implementation of SBAR communication mode(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓SBAR communication mode is an effective tool to improve the communication ability among orthopedic nurses.
