SBAR标准化沟通模式在门诊造口患者护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation(SBAR)standardized communication in nursing care of ostomy outpatients. Methods 〓Totally 80 ostomy outpatients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine health education and care during admission, and those in the observation group received health education and nursing care based on SBAR standardized communication. The colostomy skin assessment tool(DET scale), self-care ability, satisfactory degree, incidence of peristomal complications were assessed at 6 months after first admission. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a lower DET score, higher scores of Self care ability scale(ESCA)and satisfaction assessment compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of peristomal complications was 12.50%(5/40)in the observation group and was 37.50%(15/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓SBAR standardized communication can ensure a effective communication between nurses and ostomy outpatients, so as to improve the self-care ability of patients and reduce the risk of peristomal complications.
