【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of mind map in prevention of postoperative complications of gastric cancer. Methods 〓Totally 110 patients receiving surgical treatment for gastric cancer were assigned to the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=60)according to the admission sequence. Patients in both two groups received routine care after operation, and nursing interventions based on mind gap model were carried out in the observation group. The postoperative complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓There were fewer patients with gastrorrhagia, rupture of gastroduodenal stump, anastomotic fistula, delayed gastric emptying, intestinal obstruction or dumping syndrome in the observation group than those of the control group, and with significant difference in incidence of gastrorrhagia between two groups(χ2=4.887,P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Nursing interventions based on mind map model are effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications in gastric cancer patients, so as to improve the postoperative rehabilitation.
