个体化延续护理在改善老年高血压患者生活质量及满意度中的效果分析

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of individualized continuous nursing in improvement of quality of life and satisfaction degree in the elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 124 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and those in the observation group were given individualized continuous nursing. The nursing effects in the two groups were evaluated at the time points of hospital discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results There were significant differences in SBP and DBP at the time points of hospital discharge and return visit between two groups (P<0.05). Six months after discharge, physiological functions, basic health, emotional function, energy, mental health and physical pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction degree of observation group was 88.7%, which was significantly higher than 77.4% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized continuous nursing can improve the quality of life and quality of nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.
