【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive function training for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 135 elderly MCI patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=68)and the intervention group(n=67). Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the enhanced cognitive function training was performed in the intervention group. The score of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activity of daily living(ADL)were compared between two groups.Results The overall score of MMSE and subgroup score were higher in the intervention group than those of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Scores of subgroup in ADL were higher in the intervention group than that of control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Cognitive function training can improve the rehabilitation of cognitive function and self-care ability in elderly MCI patients.
