视频宣教在人工全膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of video-based health education in functional exercise of patients with total knee arthroplasty(TKA)surgery. Methods 〓From June 2016 to May 2017, totally 60 patients with TKA surgery were recruited using convenience sampling method, and were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30). Patients in both two groups received functional exercise based on the traditional health education, and those in the observation group received video-based health education. The exercise compliance and function of knee by Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scale were compared between two groups at 14 days、1 month and 3 months after the surgery. Results 〓Patients in the observation group showed a higher level of compliance with functional exercise compared with those in the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery(P<0.01). The HSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 14 days, 1 and 3 months after the surgery(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The video-based health education is effective to improve the exercise compliance of patients and improve the knee function after TKA surgery.
