音乐疗法对精神分裂症康复期患者康复效果、社会功能及生活质量的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of music therapy on rehabilitation, social function and quality of life in schizophrenic patients in recovery period. Methods A total of 70 schizophrenic patients in recovery period were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. Both two groups were given antipsychotic drug treatment and routing nursing care, and the study group was provided with music therapy for 6 months. The score of Morningside rehabilitation status scale (MRSS), social disability screening schedule(SDSS) and Generic quality of life inventory74 (GQOLI74) were compared between two groups on set and 6 months after intervention. Results The MRSS and SDSS were decreased in patients from the study group 6 month after on set, and were significant lower compared with those of controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The study group had a higher score in each dimension of GQOLI74 at 6 months after intervention compared with the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Music therapy can effectively promote the rehabilitation and  improve the quality of life in schizophrenic patients in recovery period.
