品管圈活动在降低NICU护理人员针刺伤中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe quality control circle(QCC)activities in reducing the risk of needle stick injuries in nurses from neonatal intensive care unit(NICU). Methods 〓In Jan. 2014, “Xinan” QCC group was established in NICU. The potential cause of needle stick injuries during catheterization was identified and countermeasures program was carried out. To take the 500 times of catheterization as the sample size, and to compare the incidence of needle stick injuries in nurses before and after implementation of QCC activities. Results 〓The number of needle injuries decreased from 13 cases before implementation of QCC activities to 4 cases after activities, with target achievement rate of 112.5%, and improvement rate of 69%. Conclusion 〓QCC activities can reduce the occupational hazards exposure in nurses, improve the sense of ownership and QCC techniques in hospital staff, and save the hospital cost.
