品管圈在降低静脉输注药物外渗致留置针静脉炎发生率中的作用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of quality control circle(QCC)activities in reducing the introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation during intravenous infusion. Methods 〓To set up the QCC group and to conduct the activities to reduce the introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation during intravenous infusion. The potential reasons of introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation were analyzed and related countermeasures were carried by using QCC tools. To select the 86 hospitalized patients as the control group before QCC activities(between Jan, 2016 and May, 2016)and another 126 cases as the observation group after QCC activities(between June, 2016 and October, 2016). The incidence of introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation was compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation was 18.3%(23/126)in the observation group and was 31.4%(27/86)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The comprehensive ability such as QCC tools, team cooperation was improved in all group members after QCC activities. Conclusion 〓Application of QCC activities is potentially effective to reduce the risk of introcan phlebitis induced by drug extravasation during intravenous infusion.
