综合护理干预在行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的早期上消化道肿瘤患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection. Methods A total of 60 patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The operation time, postoperative fasting time, length of stay and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had shorter postoperative fasting time and length of stay compared with those in the control group respectively, with significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complication was 3.3%(1/30)in the observation group and was 20.0%(6/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce risk of postoperative complications and improve the rehabilitation in patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection.
