【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the potential cause of occupational exposure among nurses and to provide nursing countermeasures. Methods 〓To retrospectively collect the date of 67 cases of occupational exposure to health hazards among nursing staffs between January, 2016 and December, 2016. To analyze the exposure distribution, type of exposure hazard and handling methods after exposure. Results 〓Junior nurses were more vulnerable to suffer occupational exposure to needle-stick injuries. The main cause of needle-stick injury included waste needle disposal and inappropriate withdrawal of needles. There were 74.6% of nurses who took appropriate measures against occupational hazard exposure. Conclusion 〓It is required to enhance the training on occupational exposure and standardize the nursing procedure among junior nurses.
