【 摘 要 】

In this paper two different temperature fields of nozzles are simulated by Fluent software for molding process requirement of heat-shrinkable tube in spacecraft electronics assembly. And optimized molding process parameters of pyrocondensation are given by verification experiments. The results show that the nozzle type, blowing shrinkage time and shrinkage temperature are very important to the molding quality of heat-shrinkable tube.
