【 摘 要 】
As rehabilitation robotics become more popular, a great amount of research is focused on safety measures. In the design of an ankle rehabilitation device multiple safety techniques must be embedded. A solution is represented by a compliant mechanism that could take the overload from the motor, in case of emergency, and not further damage the patient's foot. In this paper two designs of compliant mechanisms are studied with the help of finite element analysis, providing two solutions of elastic elements.
