【 摘 要 】

Electric vehicles change the charging time of electric vehicles according to the change of electricity price, so that the electric vehicle can be transferred as a load. The solution of electricity price is different, and its essence is based on definition. The change of electricity price has changed the influence of consumers on electricity demand. It is necessary to study and formulate TOU price according to the actual situation. In this paper, the solution of the power tariff matrix is deeply analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of TOU price and has practical significance.
