【 摘 要 】
Based on the hydraulic proportional loading system for the seat belt anchorage point strength test equipment, the AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic proportional loading system is established. After analyzing the AMESim model and performing dynamic and static characteristics analysis, it is found out that the hydraulic proportional loading system can be further optimized. The PID control optimization method is employed to improve the original proportional control system, After comparing the PID parameter setting with the system before and after optimization, it is shown that the performance of the optimized hydraulic proportional loading system is effectively improved.
