【 摘 要 】

This paper summarizes the characteristics of CMT welding technology, introduces the main application of CMT welding and analyses the influence of welding parameters on the microstructure and properties of welded joints of steel and aluminum. In the dissimilar welding of steel and aluminum by CMT, the suitable welding speed, wire feeding speed and preset clearance should be selected to obtain the welded joints with good microstructure and performance.
