【 摘 要 】

In this paper, the microstructure and dielectric properties of Ba1-xCe2x/3TiO3 nanotubes were studied by hydrothermal method. TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by anodic oxidation method and Ba1-xCe2x/3TiO3 nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using TiO2 nanotubes as template. The films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction. The microstructure and dielectric properties of Ba1-xCe2x/3TiO3 nanotubes at different (CH3CO2)3Ce•xH2O concentration and annealing temperature were investigated. The experimental results show that increasing the concentration of (CH3CO2)3Ce•xH2O and adjusting the temperature of anneal are beneficial to the transition of TiO2 nanotubes to Ba1-xCe2x/3TiO3 nanotubes and improve the crystallinity, and the results are shows that in the (CH3CO2)3Ce•xH2O doping concentration of 0.02mol/L, annealing temperature of 300°C the surface morphology of Ba1-xCe2x/3TiO3 nanotubes is the best. The samples have permittivity 809 and dielectric loss 0.02-0.04 under the conditions of 500°C annealing temperature and 0.02 mol/L (CH3CO2)3Ce•xH2O concentration.
