【 摘 要 】
Metastable (NbAlSi)N hard coatings were deposited on 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel sheetsby arc ion plating system at different negative pulse bias. The surface morphologies, fractured cross-sections, phase structure, hardness, friction coefficient were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction, microindentation and friction tester. All (NbAlSi)N coatings were mainly composed of δ-NbN with minorδ'-NbN. The applicating of negative bias gave rise to the change of preferred orientation, crystal refinement, decreased droplet number and improved structure density. With the increase of negative bias voltage, the hardness increased obviously and the friction coefficient decreased.
