【 摘 要 】
Composites with perovskite structure based on lithium and cerium co-doped CaTiO3, CexLi0.5-xCa0.5TiO3was prepared by the sol-gel method. Phase structure and morphology of the powders were carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the CexLi0.5-xCa0.5TiO3powders have cubic perovskite structures after sintered above 800 oC and the mean size of the CexLi0.5-xCa0.5TiO3powders is about 60 nm. A study of ionic conductivity by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) implies that the conductivity of CexLi0.5-xCa0.5TiO3increases with the increasing of the contents of Ce3+dopant and reaches a maximum value of 2.1×10-4S•cm-1at x = 0.05, and then decreases for x>0.05.
