【 摘 要 】

We present a new method to fabricate nano-scale domain structures in bulk Mg-doped LiNbO3crystals with the assistance of thermal fixing technique. Domain structures with hundred-nanometer width and millimeter length can be fabricated using this method. SEM image reveals a feature of smooth sidewall for the nano-scale domain structures.
