【 摘 要 】
Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is a device that converts solar energy into electrical energy. The magnitude of the efficiency of DSSC is mainly based on the amount of dye absorbed by the surface of TiO2. In this work, used natural dye extracted from leaves Rhoeo spathacea. The dye partially used to immerse of TiO2as working electrodes, and the rest are directly mixed TiO2paste to obtain dye titanium dioxide.The paste TiO2and dye titanium dioxide coated onto the fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass plate by spin coating method. The absorbance spectra of the dye, dye titanium dioxide and TiO2were obtained by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The conductivity of the dye, dye titanium dioxide, and TiO2was measured by two point probe El-Kahfi 100. The DSSC based on dye titanium dioxide that stirring for 5 hours the highest efficiency of 0,0520 % whereas those based on TiO2immersed for 36 hours showed achieved 0,0501 % obtained from I-V characterization.
