【 摘 要 】

For hybrid chalcogenide/opal photonic crystals the optical reflection spectra demonstrating the interplay of diffraction resonances such as 3D Bragg diffraction and resonant Wood anomaly have been studied. The coupling coefficient of the Wood and Bragg waves has been estimated on the basis of the coupled-waves approach and the concept of the effective refractive index of the wave-guiding surface layer of the hybrid structure. A phenomenological expression for the coefficient of reflection from a hybrid photonic crystal allowing one to investigate the interference of the Wood anomalies has been proposed.
