【 摘 要 】
The present paper reports comprehensive theoretical investigations on electron scattering with free atomic molybdenum and atomic Mo in solid. Spherical Complex potential formalism is used to derive total as well as inelastic cross-sections. The CSP-ic method, developed by us, is employed to extract ionization cross section from the inelastic cross section.
