【 摘 要 】

We study the optimal temperature to obtain YBa2Cu3O7-δepitaxial films grown onto SrTiO3substrates by direct solution deposition. The samples received heat treatment at 820, 840 and 860°C, then characterized by XRD, observing the (00l) profiles; and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The TC-onsetfor all the samples was 90 K. In addition, the current-voltage (I-V) measurements shows typical tunneling signals corresponding to normal metal-superconducting junctions indicating the films are promising for potential electrical applications.
