【 摘 要 】

In order to study the energy absorbing capacity of carbon fiber pipe in collision, a material test bench was designed with the help of collision sled. The influence of induced holes on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber sample was studied. Through two different ways of collision, the torn and bending energy absorbing capacity of the carbon fiber square tube was obtained, and the way to increase the energy absorption capacity of the carbon fiber square tube was discussed.
