【 摘 要 】

In the present work, a simultaneous SO2 and CO2 capture method was proposed for coal-fired flue gas based on the desublimation phenomena of SO2 and CO2 under cryogenic conditions. The fundamentals of the method were introduced, and a separation and poly-generation scheme was presented, which can capture nearly 100% SO2 and > 95% CO2 of the flue gas, and can produce clean and concentrated nitrogen (>95 v% N2), natural gas, H2SO4, and high purity CO2 (>99.9 mol%). The scheme does not introduce any separation agent in the flue gas and uses only the cold energy of LNG for the separation. The operational cost is also investigated and compared with that of other carbon capture methods. The results indicate that the present method has lower energy consumption, and its advantage is more profound considering the offered economic products.
