【 摘 要 】

Copper-tin-sulfide, thin films were fabricated by the sol-gel method on soda lime glass. The structural, morphological and optical properties of these thin films were studied by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction studies revealed the formation of the Cu3SnS4phase for annealed thin films at 350°C and 400°C in argon atmosphere for one hour. The scanning electron microscope study revealed a good surface for solar cells. The optical transmission measurements showed that the band gap of these films decrease from 0.97 eV to 0.82 eV after annealing.
