Information of Cyperus rotundus weed from the national center for information on biotechnology (NCBI)

【 摘 要 】

The present study describes search National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) databases (GQuery) on Cyperus rotundus weed. NCBI databases search (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) was employed to generate a number of valuable information. Results found in 13 databases for Cyperus rotundus. All databases of the Cyperus rotundus consist of literature, genes, genes, protein genomes, and chemical properties of H. brasiliensis. It is noteworthy no information concerning genetics: the literature contained bookshelf, National Library of Medicine Catalog, PubMed, and PubMed Central. Gene consists of EST, Gene, GEO DataSets, and PopSet. No Genetics data were available for Cyperus rotundus. Proteins feature contained Identical Protein Groups, Protein Clusters. Genomes included Assembly, Nucleotide, SRA, and Taxonomy. The chemicals property denoted BioSystems and PubChem BioAssay. The present work provides essential information relating to biotechnology.
