【 摘 要 】

Reasonable performance evaluation is one of the critical successful factors of PPP practices. For the sewage treatment PPP projects, the performance evaluation of «Emphasis on construction, neglect operation» has not been effectively improved. The value-for-money effect was lower than expected. Based on this background, this paper intends to take the XX Sewage Treatment PPP project as the research object, which will focuses on the analysis on the system of performance evaluation and summarize present problems of the system, then redesigns the performance evaluation system. At last, this paper measures the redesigned system, and provides some suggestions that contribute to the design performance evaluation system in PPP projects in sewage treatment.
