【 摘 要 】

As the significant bridge of communication between the enterprise and stakeholder, the enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure has gained more and more attentions. This paper introduces the purposes and basic principles of the enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure, investigates the domestic and overseas carbon emission management information disclosure conditions, illustrates the main contents contained in the enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure, and demonstrates the measurement methods of enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure. Finally, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of establishing the enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure market in China, the significance of implementing the enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure, and prospects the future of enterprise carbon emission management information disclosure.
