【 摘 要 】

At present, the legal risk of artificial intelligence is mainly manifested by the three risks of weak artificial intelligence: The risk of weak artificial intelligence, the risk of the weak artificial intelligence to infringe on personal information and the use of the weak artificial intelligence to carry out the risk of illegal crime. The criminal law should properly eliminate the principle of technology neutrality and expand the application of criminal law to solve legal risk of weak artificial intelligence.
