【 摘 要 】

The article deals with the problems of professional training of industrial personnel, namely the issues of coordination of training programs with the existing needs of employers. The authors propose an algorithm for constructing a structural and hierarchical model that allows to visualise the needs of employers in professional staff in the form of a hierarchy, built in descending order of their importance.
