【 摘 要 】

Management decision making is based on an assessment of employee performance and is an essential management practice for any organization, because employee progress is important for improving the efficiency and development of each organization. The study is aimed at identifying the dependencies which take into account all the factors contributing to the improvement of quality and productivity of labor, in other words, identifying the features of motivational process building that contributes to effective management. The assessment has been carried out using correlation analysis of indicators for assessing the interrelationships of the motivational process factors to create an optimization model as the basis for making adequate management decisions using the example of furniture industry enterprises. The optimization model proposed in the article connects motivation of employees with the effectiveness of organization in making effective management decisions.
