【 摘 要 】

The article describes the global trends in the digital economy development. The role of artificial intelligence for the formation of the institutional environment of ecosystems is highlighted. Tendencies of society's institutional changes in connection with digital transformation of economy are described. New organizational forms of cooperation and the role of artificial intelligence for the formation of effective methods of organizations management that seek to build a strategy of interaction in the digital environment are described. The problems of transition to a new level of post-institutional economy development are highlighted. The paper describes the boundaries of the digital economy and the trends of changes in the institutional environment.
