Background and Objetives: Hyperuricemia (HUA) and gout seriously influence patients’ qualityof life. The current study was performed to investigate the prevalence of HUA and gout and therelated risk factors in Chinese adults. Methods: Data were collected from the National Surveyof Thyroid Disorders and Diabetes (the Thyroid Disease, Iodine Status, and Diabetes NationalEpidemiological survey [TIDE]), a cross-sectional investigation conducted during 2015–2017.Using a random, multistage, and stratified sampling strategy, a representative sample (78,130participants aged 18 years and above) was selected from the general population in 31 provincesof mainland China. The weighted prevalence rates of HUA and gout were calculated, and therelated risk factors were analyzed. Results: The weighted prevalence rates of HUA and goutin Chinese adults were 17.7% and 3.2%, respectively. The prevalence of HUA in males linearlydecreased with age, while the prevalence in females showed the opposite trend (both P fortrend < 0.01). The prevalence rate of gout exhibited a rising tendency with age in both genders(both P for trend < 0.05). The HUA and gout prevalence rates in males were the highest in Hanand Tibetan nationalities, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the morbiditiesof HUA and gout were differentially associated with age, residence location, nationality, smoking, and other complicating metabolic diseases in the two genders. Conclusions: Thereare relatively high prevalence rates of gout and HUA in China, which is currently a developingcountry. Reducing their burden has become an urgent issue for Chinese people.

Multiattribute decision-making approach is one of the key complex system evaluation technologies which has attracted high attention of academic research studies. This paper establishes a novel multiattribute decision evaluation approach. First, we propose a high-dimensional data attribute reduction model based on partial correlation analysis and factor analysis methods. Second, based on the attribute weights calculated by multiple weighting methods, the corresponding multiple evaluation score vectors of the objects evaluated can be obtained. The final scoring vector can be determined by combining the quadratic combination weighting and the Spearman consistency test. Third, we use fuzzy C-means algorithm to grade evaluated objects. Finally, the established evaluation approach in this paper is verified by using the 107 observations in China. This approach also provides a decision-making example for attribute reduction of high-dimensional data, scoring of complex system evaluation, and clustering analysis when conducting evaluation in other fields.

From the construction of “new socialist countryside” to the proposal of “full coverage of village planning,” rural construction has gradually been pushed to a climax. However, the current situation of rural landscape construction in China is not optimistic. On the one hand, the rural landscape deviates from its rural and regional characteristics due to deliberately seeking novelty and differences. Based on these two extreme development trends, this article uses virtual reality technology to construct a rural landscape virtual-roaming system, and randomly select 25 people, each group of 5 people, a total of 3 groups, enter the system in batches with a real reduction degree of 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, and 80% for experimentation and score the system after the experience. The true reduction degree of the first group is 30%; the true reduction degree of the second group is 45%; the true reduction degree of the third group is 60%; the true reduction degree of the fourth group is 75%; and the true reduction degree of the fifth group is 80%. After analyzing the experimental data, it is concluded that when the true reduction degree of the system goes from low to high, people’s satisfaction is higher; when the true reduction degree is as high as 80%, the satisfaction is as high as 9 points; when the true reduction degree of the system goes from low to high, people’s sense of immersion is getting deeper and deeper. When the true reduction degree is 30%, the lowest score for immersion is 1 point; when the true reduction degree is 80%, the lowest score for immersion is 7.5 points; the true reduction of the system decreases from high to low; when it is high, people’s interaction degree becomes stronger and stronger. When the true reduction degree is 30%, the lowest interaction degree score is 2 points; when the true reduction degree is 80%, the lowest interaction degree score is 9 points; it can be seen from this that, with the increase in the degree of realism of the rural landscape virtual-roaming system, it is extremely difficult for people to find whether they are in the virtual or the reality, and their immersion in virtual reality is getting deeper and deeper. This test also confirmed the superiority of the virtual roaming system in rural landscapes, and the experience is extremely effective.

Based on the characteristics of big data, the meaning of fog computing, and the spatiotemporal data characteristics of satellite navigation systems, the concept, connotation, and characteristics of Beidou big data were put forward. The Beidou big data processing process was sorted out, the preliminary architecture of the Beidou big data system with fog computing function was built, and finally the fog computing based Beidou big data system was proposed. Big data research content provides technical support for further tapping the value of Beidou satellite navigation system data and realizing the incremental development of satellite navigation systems.

N- trans -Feruloyloctopamine (FO), a natural compound, was reported in our previous study to inhibit a tumor cell malignant phenotype by AKT- and EMT-related signals and might be used as a promising drug for HCC treatment. However, the specific targets and detailed mechanisms still need to be clarified. Screening with RNA-Seq in Huh7 cells treated with FO revealed that 317 genes were modulated, of which 188 genes were upregulated and 129 genes were downregulated. Real-time cell analyzer and flow cytometry data reveal that tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis were impacted by FO. DAVID bioinformatic data showed that most of the biological process GO terms are related to proliferation and apoptosis. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that FO mainly regulates PI3K-AKT- and apoptosis-related signals, in which BBC3, DDIT3, NOXA, and CDKN1A on the surface serve as the novel targets of FO inducing HCC cell apoptosis. The result implied that FO might exacerbate HCC cell apoptosis by regulating BBC3, DDIT3, CDKN1A, and NOXA signals. The obstacle effect of FO can provide new targets and new credibility for the treatment of liver cancer.

Objective . SPHK1 and HAS2 have been reported to play important roles in tumorigenesis and development. However, their expression and prognostic value in pancreatic cancer (PC) remain unclear. This study is aimed at investigating the expression of SPHK1 and HAS2 on the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Materials and Methods . The expression of SPHK1 and HAS2 in pancreatic cancer tissues was analyzed through TCGA and GTEx databases and validated by qRT-PCR and Western blot in pancreatic cancer cell lines. test was used to explore the correlation of the SPHK1 and HAS2 expressions with clinical characteristics. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and ROC curve were used to evaluate the prognostic and diagnostic roles of SPHK1 and HAS2 in pancreatic cancer. Additionally, Spearman correlation analysis was applied to assess the correlation between the SPHK1 and HAS2 in pancreatic cancer. GO analysis and KEGG analysis were applied to explore the possible signaling pathway that SPHK1 and HAS2 coregulated genes mediated. Results . The expression of SPHK1 and HAS2 was markedly upregulated in pancreatic cancer tissue and cell lines, respectively. Furthermore, there was a significant positive correlation between SPHK1 and HAS2 expressions. ROC curves showed that SPHK1 combine with HAS2 has good diagnostic value in pancreatic cancer patients with 85% sensitivity and 99.4% specificity. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that increased expression of SPHK1 and HAS2 was significantly associated with short overall survival (OS) of pancreatic cancer patients. GO and KEGG results revealed that SPHK1 and HAS2 mainly involved cell proliferation and invasion mediated by extracellular matrix- (ECM-) receptor interaction, focal adhesion, and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways. Conclusions . Overexpression of SPHK1 and HAS2 could be important markers for the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
