The article describes the process of development of dairy products made from goat's milk. In this work, a study of the effect of feed additives "Laktuvet-1" and "Kumelakt-1", used in goat feeding, on the nutritional value of children's milk products was carried out. Three experimental samples of raw milk were obtained for the studies: I - control sample, which was obtained from goats on a standard feeding ration; II sample - milk from goats whose feeding ration included the additive "Laktuvet-1"; III - milk from goats whose feeding ration included the additive "Kumelat-1". All samples of goat milk were used to produce cottage cheese, yogurt and cheese for baby food. The products were made according to the traditional technology. The results of the research indicate the positive effect of the used feed additives on the nutritional value of the raw milk as well as the products made of it. Mass proportions of protein, fat, dry matter in the products produced from the experimental samples of raw milk exceed similar values in the control group.

The article presents the results of the efficiency of using lactulose-containing additives in feeding lactating cows. Experimental research was carried out research were carried out on basis of farm-breeding plant named after Lenin of Surovikinsky District of Volgograd Region. For the experiment, 3 groups of Red Steppe cows were formed. Each group included 10 animals. Cows of the control group received a general economic diet; analogues of experimental group I – general economic diet + feed additive «Lactuvet-1» in an amount of 0.5% to the mass of concentrated feed; animals of experimental group II – general economic diet + feed additive «Kumelact-1» in an amount of 0.5% to the mass of concentrated feed. The results obtained during the experiment indicate that the inclusion of new feed additives in the diet of lactating cows contributed to increase milk productivity and improvement in the quality indicators of milk. The largest amount of cream, butter and cottage cheese was produced from the milk of cows in the experimental groups. The highest results were obtained in the group of cows that received feed additive «Kumelakt-1».

In recent years, close attention of scientists around the world has been focused on research on avoiding the widespread use of antibiotics of various types in the agricultural industry and on the transition to the use of environmentally friendly, natural additives and enzymes in the diets of animals and poultry, aimed at increasing the immune defense of the body capable of resisting aggressive the influence of the pathogenic microbial and viral background of the environment, capable of producing environmentally friendly products for human consumption. One of the simple and effective solutions for maintaining the health of agricultural animals and birds in the current conditions is the systemic use of prebiotics, probiotics, symbiotics, phytobiotics and natural enzymes as an additive to the diet, which are active agents for stimulating and enhancing immunity due to microbial pool of the gastrointestinal tract, which leads to an improvement in the safety of livestock and an increase in the production indicators of the industry. The experiments have shown the positive effect of the new probiotic feed additive on the milk productivity and quality of milk of cows by improving the breakdown of fiber and proteins, activating the cellulolytic microflora of the digestive tract of animals.

The reduction in the use of feed antibiotics in animal husbandry to prevent a number of diseases and increase the productivity of pigs predetermined the need to search for alternative means in feeding that could be similar to antibiotics in terms of their effect on the pigs' organism. In this regard, the widespread use of acidifiers based on organic acids. Due to the biological characteristics of pigs, piglets aged 28-30 days after weaning from sows produce an insufficient amount of hydrochloric acid in the body. The introduction of acidifiers helps to increase the digestibility of feed, and has an antimicrobial effect. A positive effect on the increase in live weight gain and the safety of piglets was shown by the results of the use of feed concentrate "Furor-T" for growing and fattening. This feed additive, obtained using a special technology from natural organic substances, is a mixture of fulvic and humic acids. The introduction of concentrate into feed in an amount of 5 to 20 g per 1 kg of feed in different periods of growth increases the average daily gain by 10-13% and ensures 100% safety of the livestock.

Feeding is one of the key factors affecting the growth and development of rabbits, as well as the quality of the meat obtained. The article discusses the possibility of joint use of additives in the form of a suspension of chlorella, which contains a large amount of protein and vitamins, as well as "Lactuvet", which includes a powerful prebiotic lactulose. In the course of the study, the dynamics of the growth of animals was analyzed, an assessment of the hematological and biochemical parameters of blood, as well as the main physicochemical parameters of meat was carried out. As a result, it was concluded that the proposed additives have a positive effect on the weight gain of animals, as well as on the nutritional value of the resulting meat.

The aim of the studies was to evaluate the effect of adding sodium dimethyl glycinate in broiler diets, as part of a feed additive to increase the digestibility of feed nutrients, improve health and increase the meat productivity of broilers. During the experiment, the prevalence of live weight was established by 77 g (3.81%) in the experimental group, with a reduction in feed costs per 1 kg of gain by 0.05 kg. Safety in the experimental group was 100%, and in the control - 97.5. The European efficiency index increased by 35.18 points and amounted to 389.35. An increase in the digestibility of nutrients obtained from feed by the body of broilers: dry matter - by 1.44, protein - by 1.25, fat - by 2.74, nitrogen-free extractive substances - by 1.67%. The mass of the pectoral muscles increased by 78 g, which confirms the high digestibility of nutrients in the feed. Sodium dimethylglycinate has also been shown to improve the immune system and reduce oxidative stress in broiler chickens. Activation of enzymes of the antioxidant status was observed under the influence of the studied additive: superoxide dismutase by 8.32%, ceruloplasmin by 9.47%, and the level of malondialdehyde decreased by 5.63%.
