This paper considers a situation where the copyright of distributed images/photos is violated. Since the images/photos published on social networks or any networks are usually modified and/or compressed to the match the template provided by the service providers, this paper propose a digital image watermarking based on DWT coefficients modification to be used for such images/photos. Basically, there are two parts in the image processing, in the embedding process, the blue component of original host image is decomposed by the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). Then image is transmitted. At the receiver end, original components of the watermark image are extracted by using adaptive mean filter.

    A vision based hand gesture recognition system for dynamic user interface using bare hands tracker [ROI] is presented in this paper. The paper comprised of implementation details on efficient algorithm for initialization of vision based histogram tracker which incorporates camshaft algorithm for detecting of hand posture in the input image and effective algorithm for tracker point initialization and exit of tracking with two unique gestures by calibration, skin detection and tracking of ROI. This paper aiming intention to examine the effectiveness of the Cam Shift algorithm, with tracker point initialization and exit input command tracking, as a general-purpose hand and face tracking approach. In this case there were no assumptions have been made about the palm to be tracked.

      This paper presents hardware architecture for Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Texture is one of the important characteristics used in identifying objects or regions of interest in an image. A statistical method of examining texture that considers the spatial relationship of pixels is the GLCM, also known as the gray level spatial dependence matrix. The GLCM functions characterize the texture of an image by calculating how often pairs of pixel with specific values and in a specified spatial relationship occur in an image, creating a GLCM, and then extracting statistical measures from this matrix. GLCM is a second order statistical feature which contains information about pixels having similar gray level values in an image.

        Network intrusion detection systems have become intensive application for identifying malicious pattern. Pattern matching is the problem of finding all occurrences of a pattern in a text. Essential to NIDS is the inspecting packets. Now a day’s intrusion detection system plays an important role in network security. As the use of internet is increasing rapidly the possibility of attack is also increasing. People are using signature based IDS, snort is most widely used signature based IDS because of its open source software. In this paper our work concentrates on multi pattern signature and proposes a FPGA based deep packet inspection engine for NIDS.The system can support both dynamic and string pattern matching system. Multi pattern matching involves matching a data item against a large database of signature patterns. String matching is one of the most critical elements because it allows for the system to make decisions based on the actual content. The evaluation on real network environment shows that net FPGA can maintain gigabit line rate throughput without dropping packets.

          In digital communication Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is regarded as a promising technology in recent years. In this paper, propose low power transceiver for OFDM based wireless local area network (WLAN) system using Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) platform. As per the IEEE standard 802.11a OFDM based transceiver are capable of providing data rates up to tens of Mbps but OFDM transceiver will dissipate huge amount of power. The objective of the work is the optimization with respect to power & area.

            In this paper, an adaptive FIR filter hardware architecture with high performance is designed. The RLS (Recursive Least Square) algorithm for adaptive signal processing is explored based on QR decomposition, which uses Givens Rotation algorithm. The Givens Rotation algorithm will be implemented using CORDIC algorithm. This design is suitable for high-speed FPGAs or ASIC design. This QR Design is tested using Xilinx-FPGA as a case study.
