In the case of rapid development of wind power and heavy wind curtailment, the study of wind power accommodation of combined heat and power system has become the focus of attention. A two-stage scheduling model contains of wind power, thermal energy storage, CHP unit and flexible load were constructed. This model with the objective function of minimizing wind curtailment and the operation cost of units while taking into account of the total coal consumption of units, constraint of thermal energy storage and electricity-heat characteristic of CHP. This paper uses MICA to solve the problem of too many constraints and make the solution more feasible. A numerical example showed that the two stage decision scheduling model can consume more wind power, and it could provide a reference for combined heat and power system short-term operation.

    The electrical system of offshore wind farms is the key to transmit the power from wind turbines to onshore power grid. With the increase of the offshore wind farms capacity and the distance from shore, the traditional centralized offshore substations is facing the challenges of capacity and construction. To solve the above problems, we propose the lightweight substation and an improved k-medoids clustering method to find lightweight substation locations, in addition, we establish the life cycle cost model of electrical system. The example of a real offshore wind farm is taken as an optimization object. The final result shows that the lightweight substation can decrease the economic costs of the offshore wind farm electrical system.

      The electrochemical corrosion behavior of Q235B carbon steel in 10% NaCl and H2S solutions with different pH was studied by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization curves. The results show that when the pH is less than 3, the corrosion is mainly controlled by the acidic dissolution process of the anode, and the electrochemical impedance spectrum not only has a capacitive arc in the high frequency region, but also exists an inductive arc in the low frequency region; when the pH is in the range of 3.05 to 6.01, the radius of the capacitive arc increases as the pH increases, and Rr also increases, reaching a maximum at a pH of 5.06, which is related to the deposition and coverage of the black sulfide generated on the surface of the working electrode. R t and Q dl also increase with the increase of pH; when the pH is higher than 7, the surface of the electrode forms oxide film and sulfide, and the potentiodynamic polarization curve gradually shows passivation characteristics with increasing pH. As large as 9.06, three stages of activation, passivation, and over-passivation can be clearly seen in the potentiodynamic polarization curve. Obvious Warburg impedance characteristics can also be seen in the electrochemical impedance spectrum.

        Since the drawbacks of traditional fossil fuels such as pollution and non-renewablility become more and more serious, the exploitation and utilization of renewable energy sources achieve more attention. In typical countries such as the Germany and the United States, the exploitation and utilization of renewable energy is relatively early. There are more research and application of energy exploitation approaches in these countries. In a certain period, the exploitation approach of renewable energy is closely related to its exploitation and utilization situation. In this paper, the exploitation and utilization of renewable energy in Germany, the United States and Japan were analyzed, and particularly, the status of their exploitation approaches were stressed reviewed.

          This paper gives an analysis and investigation for the existing problems of traditional on-line monitoring devices of transformer core earthing under low temperature condition, such as poor reliability, high failure rate etc. Then design and develop a new on-line monitoring devices of transformer core earthing current for cold climate, and it has been on-line operated in Mohe Country Xilinji 66kV substation of Heilongjiang Province.

            China's small and medium-sized cities are experiencing problems such as the old urban pipe networks, the chaotic zoning of functions, the incomplete files, the backward disaster prevention planning and the low level of information management causing sluggishness and chaos in the recovery of their cities after earthquake. These problems have posed serious risks to Chinese people's lives and properties. In this context, the author proposed the segmentation strategy which is an economical, effective and low-cost strategic analysis method aiming to maximize the functional recovery of water supply for old urban district after the earthquake. Based on the reliability analysis of network connectivity and the calculation of pipeline's importance degree, the segmentation strategy helps to analyze the coordination relationship between the restoration of physical structure of the network and the water supply function from the perspective of space, and to discuss the mitigation plan including the function restoration target, the recovery steps and the project performance evaluation. With the application of the segmentation strategy, the author discovered the key node and pipeline routes of the water supply in the old urban area of Tieling City of China and obtained the solution of disaster prevention and mitigation of the urban water network. The research findings indicate that the postearthquake recovery based on the segmentation strategy for the old urban pipe network provides a low-cost, practical and feasible alternatives.
