In recent years, the issue of energy consumption in the building sector has been studied. The application of BIM has increasingly in ACE (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Based on the characteristics of BIM, the paper studies the benefit of building energy consumption analysis. BIM information can be imported and convted in energy consumption simulation software. The BIM technology provide different data interface, which could dock with a variety of energy analysis software. BIM can be transformed into building energy model. Based on the analysis of BIM information importing process and parameter setting function of energy consumption simulation process in BIM-based energy consumption simulation software, the BIM model imports the energy consumption simulation software for building energy consumption simulation analysis, it is concluded that the specific problems of the energy saving design. The paper put forward that combined BIM technology with energy analysis during building design, which will help implement green building sustainable design.

According to the review of the frequent mooring broken cable accidents around the world, this paper analyzes the current situation of port ship mooring operation, and analyzes the innovative research, development and application of mooring technology at home and abroad. In this paper, on the basis of the motion compensation principle of active anti-rolling, and relying on the parallel platform, an intelligent mooring system which can act as both cable and fender function is developed. The system can autonomously adapt to the ship's six-degree-of-freedom movement, monitor the ship's load data, and realize the active control of the ship through follow-up and damping, so as to achieve the purpose of autonomously controlling the ship-shore mooring process intellectualization.
3 Study on Optimization of Reheat Pressure after Retrofit of Coal-fired Power Plants for Heat Supply [期刊论文]

After the retrofit of condensing power unit for heat supply, the reheat pressure of the unit deviates from the optimal value. When the heat supply and flow path of the turbine are retrofitted synchronously, or the retrofit of flow path is carried on the units witch heat supply retrofit had been done, the reheat pressure should be redetermined during the design phase of the flow path retrofit and the thermal economy of off-rated load should be taken into account to ensure the best operation efficiency of the unit. Taking 660MW supercritical single reheat unit as an example, the reheat pressure optimization analysis was carried out for the heat supply from the cold end piping of reheat system or the connection pipe between IP and LP in the wide load range. The results show that the optimization of the reheat pressure after the retrofit of heat supply can obtain significant gains of heat rate in the wide load range.

In islanded AC microgrid, droop control strategy is usually adopted for independent distributed generators (DG) which can realize coordinated operation of each unit under the conditions of less data communication. For different capacity of energy storages (ES) system, due to the difference of SOC value, capacity and other state parameters, some units may reach the threshold quickly, thus affecting the system stability. Therefore, on the basis of traditional droop control, combined with the SOC value of energy storage unit, the droop curve which is automatically adjusted with the change of SOC value is constructed. At the same time, the bus voltage is corrected to run at a predetermined point through the voltage feedback link to eliminate the voltage fluctuation. Finally, a microgrid model with dual energy storage system is built inMatlab/Simulink simulation environment. Theresults show that the improved droop control method can make the SOC values of the two energy storages consistent.

Under the condition of the battery current fluctuation and the uncertain initial value of the battery SOC in the MMC(Modular Multilevel Converter) battery energy storage system, there are relatively big errors in the prediction of SOC estimation values and there are poor results of the battery SOC balance, by using the ampere-hour integration method and the open-circuit voltage method. The method of model prediction was adopted to study the SOC balance strategy. Firstly, the power transfer function between each port is derived and the second-order Thevenin equivalent nonlinear model of the battery is established. On this foundation, the more accurate estimation results of the battery SOC are obtained employing the strong tracking extended Kalman filter algorithm, under the condition of the large fluctuation of the battery current and the uncertainty initial value of the battery SOC in the MMC-BESS model. In the end of the paper, the validity of the method introduced in the paper way was confirmed according to the simulation results of the simulation calculation based on the power transfer relationship between the battery SOC and each port, using the three-level SOC balance strategy to balance the battery SOC.

The safety inspection network of hydraulic engineering metallic structures and equipments was developed based on the Cloud platform technology. The experimental inspections of metallic structures in terms of the coating thickness, metal substrate thickness, welding defect and the structure stress were conducted in the under-constructed hydraulic projects in Shenzhen City. The results showed that the manual inspection data of the coating and metal thickness and the non-destructive testing scene photos and results can be transmitted to the cloud platform in real time through semi-automatic mode. Differently, the dynamic variation value of structure stress is automatically collected by the intelligent acquisition module and then wirelessly transmitted to the Cloud platform. By granting access rights to relevant personnel of quality and safety supervision department, they can ensure real-time supervision of safety inspection results and receive alarm information.
