Mineral resources account for a large proportion in the development of national economy in China. The topography conditions around the mine site are complex, and accurate measurement of the mine topography can ensure that the mineral resources are mined safely and reasonably. The traditional mine survey has certain danger. With the advantages of flexibility and no site constraints, the UAV is equipped with a high-resolution lens and combined with tilt photogrammetry technology to obtain high-resolution images of multiple angles of the mine area and fine texture information of the feature surface in a short period of time. A total of 918 optical images were collected as raw data using a consumer-grade UAV equipped with a common optical lens. They were pre-processed and modeled to generate a high-precision, clear-textured 3D model of the study area. The root mean square of the pixel is 0.53 after aerial triangulation and adjustment. Compared with the actual measured value, the mean square error of plane coordinates is ±0.1cm, and the maximum error is 0.2cm, the mean square error of height is ±0.1cm, and the maximum error is 0.2cm. The mean square error of model plane coordinates is ±2.9cm, and the maximum error is 10.2cm. The mean square error of height is ±6.4cm, and the maximum error is 8.6cm. The results show that the production model meets the requirements of relevant specifications and the use of tilt photogrammetry in hazardous areas can improve the safety of surveyors.

    Microcapsule refers to some miniature containers or packages with polymer wall shells developed from natural or synthetic polymer materials. The shape is generally spherical, and the particle size is generally from a few microns to a few hundred. Microcapsule is a micro packaging technology that can wrap solids, liquids, and gases. The process of preparing microcapsules is called microencapsulation, which has the advantages of isolating the core material to reduce the influence of external environmental factors, enhancing the stability of the core material, concealing unpleasant odors, reducing the toxicity of the core material, increasing the utilization rate of the core material. With the continuous development of technology, the application prospects of microcapsules are gradually broad in the fields of food, cosmetics, medical engineering, production and construction, textiles and other fields. In this paper, firstly the development, fabrication techniques of microcapsules, and the materials forming cores and walls were reviewed. Secondly the applications of microcapsules in various areas were summarized. Because of the wide range of application scenarios, they hold great potential for the environmental applications in Tibet Plateau, such as the water treatment, nutrient regulation of the characteristic plants for Tibetan medicine.

      With the development of 5G communication technology and intelligent terminal technology of urban power grid, intelligent distributed control mode independent of master station will become the trend of intelligent distribution network in the future. The characteristics of flexible configuration and strong scalability make 5G communication technology provide a wireless solution, which greatly gets rid of the constraints of communication cables and promotes the popularization and application of intelligent distributed control technology. Based on 5G communication technology, this paper proposes a distributed topology identification method. In this solution, each Smart Terminal Unit (STU) only needs to configure its associated static network topology information, and each STU forms dynamic network topology information according to certain topology identification rules. The purpose of identifying topological information is to use the information to provide topological information support for advanced functions of the distribution network, such as reclosing, identification of distributed power islands, and restoration of non-faulty section power supply.

        Based on the data collection of Hunan Province, this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the correlation between the data of the two industries, and concludes that the development of the two industries presents the characteristics of integration. According to the characteristics of the integrated development system of the two industries, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was selected, and four evaluation indexes were selected from the development direction with higher integration degree of the communication and postal services. By calculating the weights of the four indexes, the comprehensive development evaluation system was established. According to the established index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the scoring results of the four indexes are calculated to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated high-quality development of transportation and postal industry in Hunan Province.

          Numerical model of a floating wind turbine is established by reference to the 5 MW wind turbine of American national renewable energy laboratory (NREL). CFD method and Morison formula are used to calculate the wind and wave load under typhoon conditions. According to the geometric distribution of mooring system, the static extreme tension of the chains is estimated, and a safety factor of 3 is used to determine the nominal diameter of the chains. The nonlinear finite element iterative algorithm is adopted to calculate the initial shape and length of the chains, and then the dynamic response of the structure and tensions of the chains under coupled wind and wave actions are obtained through AQWA. The analysis results show that the floating wind turbine is stable under the action of typhoon and waves, the maximum surge displacement of the spar is 10.9m and the maximum pitch angle is 10.4°, and the maximum tension of the mooring system is smaller than the breaking load.

            Change in temperature affects cycle life and performance of the LiFePO 4 battery. Thus, different temperature (-20°C∼45°C) performance of the LiFePO 4 battery was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The prismatic 40 Ah batteries testing was utilized to show the effect of increasing temperature on ohmic impedance (RΩ) and charge transfer internal resistance (R ct ), and evaluate electrical performance consistency of a batch of batteries The results showed that the effect of increasing temperature on RΩ was very slight and on R ct was more obvious. The change was believed to result from ion moving speed, chemical reaction speed and ion charge transfer process at the electrode/electrolyte interface. At low-temperature (-20°C), the standard deviation of R was larger than other higher temperature, indicating that the electrical performance difference of the battery pack was large under low temperature condition.
