It has a complicated system wiring, a large variety of equipment, and high operation and maintenance technology requirements in the high-voltage direct current (HVDC) converter station. So the higher requirements on the technical skills will be put forward for the operation and maintenance personnel working in the (HVDC) converter station. It analyzes the training needs of HVDC equipment maintenance personnel systematically, researches on the training program deeply, and designs the course contents carefully in this paper. The results will play a positive role in the cultivation of HVDC technical staff.

Waste incineration power generation is a main method of waste disposal, and high temperature corrosion has always been a key issue restricting the development of this technology. This paper reviews the research progress of high temperature corrosion mechanism of waste incineration boilers. Based on the chemical reaction of high temperature corrosion of chloride, the mechanism of chloride corrosion of boiler metal fittings is discussed. The analysis results show that the high-temperature flue gas corrosion mainly includes HCl gas corrosion, molten salt corrosion and sulfide corrosion. In addition, the analysis of the high-temperature soot corrosion mechanism shows that the corrosion behavior of the heated surface in the presence of sintered ash is stress cracking corrosion. This is the result of the combined effect of the stress destruction of dense sintered ash and the ion diffusion corrosion reaction of chlorine in the ash.

In this paper, a new type of indoor air purification device was designed. Corona discharge combined with catalysis and physical adsorption was used in this device. Formaldehyde (PA), a typical indoor air pollutant, was chosen as the model pollutant. The effects of MnO 2 in degradation of PA by electrical discharge were discussed. The results showed that corona discharge can effectively remove PA, and the addition of MnO 2 can not only accelerate the degradation rate, but also solve the problem of excessive ozone (O 3 ). Besides, the corona discharge plasma also has the function of in-situ cleaning for MnO 2 . The new reactor has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy-saving, without secondary pollution.

Rural electrification construction is an important foundation for promoting the rural revitalization strategy. On the basis of field investigation on the current situation of rural electrification development in 8 cities of Shandong Province, theoretical analysis is made on the methods of work development, and a development mode suitable for rural electrification construction in Shandong Province is explored. Government and company cooperation in full aspects is the key to success of rural electrification. Suitable operation mode with support system can help the expectation turn to reality by resolving the technical and financial problem.

The bridge load test is an important means to evaluate the completed performance, construction quality and structural bearing capacity of the bridge structure, including determining the dynamic load test to determine the natural frequency, damping ratio and vibration mode of the bridge structure or structure, so as to determine the structural rigidity. The quality is an important factor to determine the basis. However, for the dynamic characteristics measurement method of the upper bearing arch bridge, the specification does not give a detailed detection method or recommendations. Combining with the analysis results of the field test data of the upper bearing arch bridge, this paper obtains a more accurate arrangement of test points.
