Nowadays the shipbuilding industry in Korea is kernel industry that has upper average of contribution on the area of national economy. So, it’s very important that strengthen the competitiveness of shipbuilding industries.But lately, the wage of Korea shipbuilding industry has been largely increased. So the Korean shipbuilding industry is divested of the cost competitiveness caused by high cost of the labor and the raw materials. Hereupon, It is necessary for the research about the procuring of the foundation technique that enables the paradigm change, procuring of the production competitiveness and the lasting competitive advantage in order to strengthening of the competitiveness.We should strengthen the competitiveness on production area that relatively weak to design and product development. In the areas in production, systemization and knowledge construction of production management is most urgent project for the Korean shipbuilding environment. Hereupon, I performed a research on the Production management especially in Production planning.But as-is production planning in shipyards has problems of only partly systemized production planning process, poorly integrated planning system, and no evaluation procedure on result of production planningIn this paper, I will analyze the production plan in Korean shipbuilding industry. And develop the evaluation framework by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)And I will suggest actual case of construction of evaluation system and application. The application in which the proposed process is applied is developed and presented. The evaluation process facilitates fast and easy introduction and construction of evaluation system. And I expect that can establish alternative planning for the result of planning with evaluation application
